Masala Tea Chia Pudding

Ohh hello there, this is Alma of BintiFit and I will be appearing once in a while to give YOU advice and share some of my favourite food recipes, workouts and all things fitness and health.

Starting with this easy and fast Masala Tea Chia Pudding, the perfect little treat that will give you all the feels of a Swahili breakfast

Ingredients:
3 Tbs chia seeds
1 Tbs honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp tea leaves
1/4 tsp each: nutmeg, ginger, cloves, cardamom
3/4 cup almond or low fat milk
1 Tbs peanut butter
Chopped pecans and a cinnamon stick to garnish

How to make it: Make masala tea using the ingredients mentioned above, strain it and let it cool.
Then add the peanut butter, honey and chia seeds to the tea. Place it in a jar or bowl and top with chopped pecans and a cinnamon stick. 
P.S. Can be refrigerated for up to a week
