There’s nothing like a quick ,easy AND healthy dinner dish  especially on days that you would rather be elsewhere than the kitchen , since we at Ahmena got you we found a recipe that takes care of all that. All you have to do is get your ingredients together and chop/cut them and put them in a sheet and off to the oven , 45 minutes later you have yourself dinner.

Pamela (@ladybrixio on instagram ) is a fitness fanatic and a healthy lifestyle enthusiast,after watching a few videos of her making healthy and delicious looking  dinners on instagram story it was only right to ask her for one of the recipes to share with you. Let us know if you will try this out and if you would like to see more.

She said, this recipe is flexible and you can easily substitute most of ingredients with whatever you like or have at home.

Recipe :

– 1 small cauliflower

– 2 small carrots

– 2 all zucchini

– 2 red onions

– 4 choma sausages (any sausage will do really)

– 3 sweat potatoes ( can be substituted with irish potatoes)

– oil, garlic, salt and peppers to rub
Garnish:

– mozzarella cheese

– coriander
